How has your week been? For me, it's another busy week with work and the boy being out of school for the week just drove me nuts!!! The one evening of respite was when my girlfriend gathered her Jazz friends to play some beautiful music whilst nibbling on wine and cheese at her private home.

Have I ever mentioned to you that I used to play music - I wish I still had the time for it but certainly fusion jazz, bossa nova is my kinda style. Cheryl and myself use to jam every other day and we love to play the latest hits giving it a jazz twist however these days with all our busy schedules, we are lucky to even find time to sit down and catchup. So I was definitely feeling very nostalgic this evening.

Back to this post, I was in a sporty mood this weekend yet wanting to give it a feminine twist rather than styling the athletic look, so I paired this statement sleeve top from Stradivarius with my sporty inspired skirt from H&M and what better footwear to pair this look off but with all white sneakers - or in this case I chose my fav plimsolls from Cotton On ( please bring them back cos they are so comfy!!).

Have a great weekend then!
